Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins

I enjoyed this book. A lot. First off not everyone in it was conventionally beautiful. Lola was just the kind of girl I would have fallen for. The fact her parents were a gay couple, while important to aspects of the story, was not a big deal. From the first page I enjoyed reading it, and was sorry to finish with it. It would be nice if some future date, Lola and Cricket grace our lives again.
